Yoga Plus Herbs vision is to make yoga accessible to all people of different sizes, backgrounds, ages, levels, and abilities. Yoga is all inclusive and welcomes everyone to experience the relaxation, calm, mental clarity, and optimum health it offers. This ancient practice, now backed by modern science, improves circulation in the body, provides stress relief, better focus, and eases many physical and mental ailments.

We specialize in unique breath, meditation and knowledge classes that you can rarely find. Many who never had meditated have experienced a deep wave of peace in the first sitting. Our yoga classes are taught by experienced yogis who are masters at this craft. And we have health coaches and mentors to guide you step by step wherever you are in your life if you are in need of support in your health or if you are seeker of truth and knowledge. Sanjay is an established meditation, yoga, and breath work instructor who has over 30 years of experience, training under great masters such as Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Himalayan masters, and advanced yogis. He is a trained Sivananda Yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, a spiritual consultant, and interprets the ancient scriptures in the modern language effortlessly and easily to the people of today. He has experience in the theater arts, film, marketing, and business making him a self made man who always strived for purity in his path to train people to better health and higher states of consciousness.

Jennifer Ka (Karuna)

Clinical Yoga Therapist

Karuna is currently a Clinical Yoga Therapist with Penn Medicine Princeton Behavioral Health teaching yoga to a population with trauma, major disorders and psychiatric symptoms. She is a 800 hr yoga therapist (IAYT certified) or yoga health educator with Sivananda Yoga. She is a breath and meditation instructor for SKY Campus catered to college students and mental well being. Karuna is a committed sadhak dedicated to the practices of yoga, meditation, and living a healthy life and hopes to share this with others. Growing up with a family who survived the Cambodian genocide has led her to the path of healing and serving others to come out of trauma, suffering, and stress through the transformational practices.

Melissa appreciates the opportunity to share her love of meditation and yoga with new and seasoned yogis. She leads thoughtfully sequenced yoga classes, complemented by breathing, mindful stretching, and meditation experiences, intended to be grounding, relaxing, and energizing. Her intention is to have each student fall in love with their yoga practice and experience the benefits in their life.
